Washington’s #ColumbiaValley Vin de Glaciere #Riesling was a delight as our dessert! Tons of ripe apricot, pear & honey.
Amongst all the food and booze that was around the Christmas table this year, I think my favorite pairing of the feast was a a dry syrah rose from Washington State called Charles and Charles with locally bought fresh Polish kielbasa. Tis not the season for rose, but this was a terrific match.
