Nothin’ to do with wine, but it’s for a good cause @bideawee!
Our dog Wrigley and I are members of the Pet Partner Program through Bide a wee. We go to United Cerebral Palsy day center in Manhattan once a week to hang out with the patients there. Wrigley loves his job and should be on the cover of a 2013 calendar, imho!
This terrific photo is courtesy of Carly Caryn (http://eyeforstyle.cc) when we went out for ice cream one day in the Lower East Side.
It’s free to vote, but you do have to “sign up” Voting ends at midnight!
I’m a sucker for a wine label, and this one is near and dear to my heart because we rescued our pug, Wrigley, (pic above) from this organization. So buy the wines, help a pug!
We adopted our pug, Wrigley, from @CurlyTailRescue, in September of 2008. We had never owned a dog before but this shy pug (who had swallowed three quarters and a penny when we got him!) has become a part of our family and we became his forever home.
Curly Tail is having a contest this week to fill the last two wine labels of upcoming releases through Benefit Wines. They do great work finding homes for homeless pugs, especially ones with “special needs.”
So here’s your chance to VOTE FOR WRIGLEY so that he can grace either the Chardonnay or Pinot Noir bottles…c’mon…it’s for a good cause! Click Here or on the picture above to go directly to the list of all the entrants…but vote for Wrigley, of course. : )
