Bubbles on a Boat #2 The Bombonetta was the Bomb! Another bubbles we brought with us on the boat was a Cava we tasted from our trip to Spain this spring (See this post http://winewithkristen.tumblr.com/post/21714269799) The balcony was a perfect sunset setting. This was a 2005 vintage sparkler had a more ripe fruit and even white and yellow flower aspect to it.  It was a long finish with a touch of spiciness to it that I honestly just wanted to enjoy this as long as possible.
