This Brut Nature (basically no sugar, or liqueur de tirage added) from Loxarel called Refugi is dry, dry and dry! But so crisp and refreshing.
Named for the refuge that the vineyards of Loxarel provided during 1937 when part of the vineyards were used as an airfield and a bomb shelter was built, which is now used to store this delicious cava for aging.
